Firmware Guide
PixelVerse™ Pro 3.0 ships on firmware chosen to work out of the box. This page is for people who want to change it.
Read first: changing firmware is done at your own risk. It can leave the console unbootable, and damage caused by third-party firmware isn't covered by warranty.
Should you?
For most people, no. The stock configuration is tuned for this hardware. Change it only if you want something specific it doesn't do.
Before you start
- Back up your existing card in full. Copy it, don't move it.
- Use a second card, so the original stays intact.
- Make sure the battery is charged — a shutdown mid-write is what bricks devices.

Going back
Put the original card in. That's the whole reason for using a second one.
